How often should the filter element be replaced?
Under normal circumstances, the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil suction filter element is replaced every 2000 hours of work, and the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil return filter element is replaced every 250 hours of direct work, and then replaced every 500 hours of work.
If it is a steel mill, the working environment is relatively harsh, and replacing the filter element too frequently will affect production. It is recommended to regularly take hydraulic oil samples and send them to test the cleanliness of the liquid, and then determine a more reasonable replacement cycle.
